My current work is a contemplation of the peculiarities of nature. These anthropomorphic figures are a study of the physical and psychological world surrounding me since childhood. This has permitted me to reflect on humanity’s primitive instincts. I am submerged in the loveliness of the diverse Sonoran desert and its robust, unforgiving environment. This has driven me to create work that reflects on human nature and distresses when faced with uncommon images that may display human cravings and natural but unusual manifestations.
