I have been interested in art since the age of four, when I began drawing terrible works with crayons on paper. During that time, I found that I was an excellent daydreamer and enjoyed losing myself in my works, first in art, and later on, music. Art by way of painting and music provide me with that sense of calm that I used to have when I was young. I am constantly in pursuit of this state of mind. My approach to teaching students is unique in that I use circumlocution methods. There are several ways to gain useful results. Rather than developing a set of techniques in a single methodology, I will teach my students to find solutions via various pathways. As an abstract artist, I have seen many different ways to achieve pleasing pieces of art, and if a student is willing, they will find their own effective set of skills to create artwork that they are pleased with.
