Registration Information and TDS Policies
Your artistic success is very important to us, and so is your privacy, safety, and security. If you have any questions about these policies, please do not hesitate to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call at 520-620-0947.
Students are accepted into classes on a first-come, first-served basis with rare exceptions. Most classes are suitable for all skill levels (unless otherwise indicated) but you are welcome to call us if you have specific questions about whether a class might suit you. You may register for classes online, over the phone, and in person. If a class has filled, you may call us to be added to the waiting list.
Class Schedule Changes
TDS reserves the right to make change to the class schedule as necessary, though we make every effort to avoid this. Students will be notified of any changes with as much advance notice as possible, and accommodations will be made for refunds or TDS credit accordingly.
Class Supply Lists
Supply lists can be found online (even without logging in.) From the Adult Class page, follow the link for online registration, and search for your class. View the full detail page for supply lists and teacher contacts.
Student Drop/Withdrawal Policy
You will receive full TDS credit or a refund if a class is cancelled, or if you withdraw two or more weeks in advance of the class start date. Students withdrawing between two weeks and 24 hours of the class start date may request a 50% refund or full TDS credit. No refund or credit will be given once a class begins. Class credits are valid for 1 year.
Class Cancellation Policy
Classes may be cancelled 48 hours before the first class if it does not meet the minimum enrollment. If this happens, we will issue a full refund or TDS credit. All refunds are sent via check to the student’s address on file. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund.
TDS Member Discount
TDS members receive a 10% discount on class registration online, over the phone, and in person. You may join or renew your membership here. If you are purchasing or renewing a membership and then registering for a class, make sure you purchase your membership first so the discount can be applied.
