March 19: Conversations about Art and Life with Andrew Rush. Free to Associates, Faculty and Students of TDS. 4:30-6:30pm in the TDS Library. Wednesday’s discussion centered on William Kentridge (drawing featured at left).
This is not to be missed: Plein Air in Oracle begins March 22 with Andrew Rush. Alpine watercolor painting (right) by Rush. This course meets 4 Saturdays and includes April 5 with Pat Dolan; April 12 with Michael Moore, and April 19 with Betina Fink. Students work with supplies of their choice, and meet initially at Rancho Linda Vista. An extraordinary way to experience making art in the great outdoors with 4 talented teaching artists, who are dedicated to excellence in painting and drawing the land. All levels of experience welcome.
